Our crew recently had the privilege of helping a homeowner restore the integrity and appearance of their concrete surfaces using PolyLevel, a cutting-edge solution for sinking or uneven concrete. When we arrived, the homeowner was concerned about several sections of their driveway and walkway that had sunken over time, creating tripping hazards and an unsightly appearance.

After a thorough assessment, we determined that PolyLevel was the perfect solution. This advanced polyurethane foam is injected under the affected concrete, where it quickly expands to lift and level the surface, filling any voids and stabilizing the slab. The process was seamless: our technicians drilled small, discreet holes in the concrete, injected the PolyLevel material, and watched as the foam expanded, lifting the concrete back to its original position.

While we usually focus on lifting and leveling concrete, there are times when extensive damage calls for a full replacement.

The client reached out about sagging floor joists. The Shore Up Team installed the SmartJack system to lift and stabilize the foundation, providing long-term strength and stability to the floors by supporting the damaged crawl space joists.

We received a call from this homeowner with concerns over their foundation. They had some sloping floors, the windows were sticking and the doors weren't opening and closing like they should. The Shore Up team was able to lift and level this home and restore it's strength.
