This slab foundation home had experienced settlement due to wash out and dry out over the years, so we permanently stabilized it with our helical piers.

The homeowners were not pleased with the condition of their, damp, dirty crawl space.  They had noticed high humidity levels in their home, and because their crawl space was tall, they wanted to condition the environment so they could use it for storage.  They also had a few areas with uneven floors that needed to be stabilized and leveled.

After installing the CleanSpace encapsulation system and Smart Jack floor supports, their humidity level has dropped and their floors are leveled and solidified.

Prior to this 1900's historic home undergoing a full remodel, the homeowners wanted to ensure that the floor framing system was leveled and permanently stabilized.  Our Smart Jack floor supports did just the trick!

Our team was called in to address a significant gap between two concrete slabs, which had started to show signs of wear and potential shifting. This opening, left unchecked, could lead to further damage to the foundation, impacting the structure's stability.

We used our proven sealing techniques to carefully fill and seal the gap, ensuring no future water infiltration and preventing additional shifting. After completing the repair, the foundation was reinforced, providing the homeowners with peace of mind knowing their home is now secure and built to last.
