This company was like one from 40 years ago. Actual. Real. Customer. Service. I had been told to reach out to Shore Up Foundation and I have no regrets. I first had the pleasure of meeting Chase who dissected the issues and offered solutions and options. Explained how everything would work, answered questions with patience and had videos. Then other Team members became involved like Kayla and Kelsey that handle other aspects of the project so that things go seamlessly without issues. Fantastic people, personable and friendly. Now time to put shovels to dirt and had the pleasure to meet Wade, and Pat, and Adlai. These are the guys that do the heavy lifting. They are using their skills, knowledge, and abilities to make everything that had been planned into a reality. Adlai is the Production Manager and has to multitask. Working closely with Pat and Wade, communicate with the homeowner, deal with other projects, etc. Adlai is not only a diligent worker, but has a warm heart, tells you the truth, and will help anyway possible. A pleasure to interact with as his crew made the time to show and explain every task they were doing. They were polite, conversational, ready to share, and did all they could to make the work as less invasive as they could. Absolute professionals who showed pride in their work and caring to make sure it was done right. No cutting corners and were always looking to do anything to make you happy. This company is locally owned. Not owned and operated by an out of state company, or out of the country corporation. They live in our communities and have families and roots here. This is their business and life. Look, no one wants to hear they have a foundation issue, or have to spend the money to fix something like that. But when the time comes to where you have to address a foundation problem, the Team of Shore Up Foundation are the ones to call. You could not partner with anyone better. They will be with you every step of the way. They will solve your foundation problem with complete satisfaction and you will make new friends too. They are the BEST.
