Clint brings over a decade of experience in the construction industry to his role as Operations Manager. With a strong background in Finance and Accounting, Clint combines analytical precision with hands-on leadership to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Clint is dedicated to maintaining efficiency, organization, and a top-tier customer experience in every job the Shore Up team takes on. His commitment to quality work and streamlined processes helps ensure each project meets the highest standards.

Outside of work, Clint is a pickleball champion who brings that same competitive energy to everything he does. He also enjoys landscaping and spending time outdoors on his mower. Clint is happily married to Kelsey and a proud father to his daughter, Laken, and son, Tripp.
